Single-head commercial embroidery
SAFE 1501 has one embroidery head and 15 needles. Multiple threaded needles support colour changes within a job; 15 needles do not mean 15 independent embroidery heads. The listed embroidery field is 360 × 240 mm.
| Decision | What to send or confirm |
|---|---|
| Flat garments or caps | Send the item type, embroidery position and design dimensions. For caps, include cap style, shape and construction; the flat-work field is not a promise of the usable cap embroidery area. |
| With or without a cap kit | The reference-price table separates these configurations. Confirm the cap driver, cap frames/hoops, mounting parts and other supplied items in the packing list before ordering. |
| Design and production task | Provide a DST/DSB design or artwork for digitising review, stitch count if known, thread-colour count, fabric and expected order quantities. |
| Working speed and output | The catalogue lists a maximum of 1,000 rpm. Job completion also includes setup, hooping, thread changes and handling; request a timed test rather than inferring daily output from maximum speed. |
| Supply and delivery | Confirm AC electrical requirements, plug, stand/accessories, quantity and destination. The reference EXW price is not a delivered, duty-paid total. |

It is a commercial option to consider for multicolour personalization work. Send your design dimensions, thread-colour count, materials and expected order mix so we can review the configuration with you. Finished output depends on design stitch count, material, hooping and operator workflow.
The quotation depends on the specified machine configuration, included hoops and cap accessories, quantity, packing and delivery destination. Reference EXW prices are listed above for configurations with and without the cap-embroidery kit. Send an enquiry to confirm your quantity, included accessories and final quotation.
