What Is Included in an Embroidery Machine EXW Reference Price?
A useful equipment budget begins with a specific machine configuration and quantity. Use the SAFE reference tables to shortlist options, then obtain a written quotation that identifies what is supplied and how it will reach you.

SAFE’s website prices are reference amounts in USD per set on an EXW China basis. Confirm the current price, exact model, quantity tier, included accessories and collection point. They are not an all-inclusive delivered price, and the website does not take immediate orders.
Read the model, quantity and configuration together
The product page is the starting point for each reference price. Check the unit, currency, date and quantity bracket together. A price shown for 21 or more sets is not the one-set price, and the published tiers apply to the same model. Do not assume that mixed models can be combined to reach a tier.
| Model and configuration | Quantity | Reference / set | Full table |
|---|---|---|---|
| ES7 household embroidery | 1–10 sets | US$1,064 | ES7 tiers |
| 1501 with cap-embroidery kit | 1–20 sets | US$1,927 | 1501 configurations |
| 1501 without cap-embroidery kit | 1–20 sets | US$1,818 | 1501 configurations |
The 1501 examples show why configuration matters: the published first-tier difference between with-kit and without-kit is US$109 per set. The complete cap driver, frames, mounting parts and other supplied items must still be identified in the quotation and packing list. A lower price with unspecified accessories is not a complete like-for-like comparison.
Separate the machine reference from delivery costs
Under the standard EXW rule, goods are made available at an agreed place, with loading and export arrangements requiring the buyer’s attention. The exact named point and written arrangements matter. ICC Academy’s explanation of EXW describes the allocation and notes practical export-clearance considerations.
For a SAFE quotation, ask the supplier and your forwarder to identify responsibility and price for collection, loading, export clearance, transport, insurance if required, import charges and final delivery. Do not treat the words “EXW China” on a reference table as a complete transport quotation. If you need seller-arranged export or a different delivery basis, request it explicitly in writing.
The website does not confirm that every accessory, digitising service, training session or transport service is included. Define those items before approving an order. Payment terms, quotation validity and warranty scope also belong in the written confirmation; they should not be inferred from a reference figure.

Ask for these six quotation details
- Exact machine. Include the SAFE model, number of sets and whether ordinary sewing, household embroidery or commercial embroidery is required.
- Application and configuration. Describe the fabric, design size, finished-item shape and, for 1501, whether cap embroidery is needed.
- Included items. Request an itemized list of hoops, frames, cap parts, stand, tools and other accessories. List any exclusions separately.
- Utilities. Confirm the electrical supply and plug for the delivered configuration. Do not infer the 1501 AC input from a controller or internal DC marking.
- Delivery and timing. Give the destination and requested delivery basis. Confirm stock, lead time after deposit receipt, packing and collection arrangements.
- Commercial terms. Confirm current unit price, quantity tier, currency, validity, payment, warranty and support responsibilities.
The general ordering information includes one-machine orders, a one-year warranty, spare-parts supply and remote support. Final lead time depends on stock and configuration. Use the support page for the established service information and ask for the details relevant to your order.
An enquiry you can adapt
We are comparing SAFE ES7 / 1501 for [application]. Our largest design is [width × height], using [fabric] and [number] colours. We need [quantity] sets for [destination], with [cap kit / required accessories]. Please confirm the current USD reference or quotation, included items, electrical supply, packing, collection point, delivery basis and lead time.
Attach a compatible design file or clear artwork for review. For a cap enquiry, include cap style, construction and embroidery position. For an assembled garment, explain how the embroidery location can be accessed. These details help avoid pricing a configuration that cannot perform the intended job.
A reference price is useful for comparison; a confirmed quotation defines the proposed supply. Choose Send Enquiry on the relevant product page, or contact Trentzhou by email or WhatsApp. There is no “Buy Now” requirement. Compare the embroidery range and the home versus commercial selection guide before narrowing the request.
