Agree the details
Orders start from one machine. A one-year machine warranty, spare parts supply and remote technical support are available. Before paying a deposit, agree the model, supplied equipment and support arrangements in writing.
| Confirm | Details to agree |
|---|---|
| Machine and options | Full model code, quantity, application, needle/thread setup, table or stand, controller and requested accessories. A catalogue illustration does not establish what is included in a shipment. |
| Utilities and installation | Required electrical supply, plug, installation space and any compressed-air requirement. Confirm the actual order configuration rather than inferring power requirements from a similar model. |
| Sample acceptance | Material and layer count, seam or embroidery design, fixture/hoop, and the agreed result to check. If a test is requested, ask for the model and settings with the sample or demonstration. |
| Timing and delivery | Lead times are working days counted from deposit receipt: normally 3–5 for standard machines in stock, 15 for standard orders and 30 for customised special machines. Confirm stock and the production schedule; international transport is additional. |
| Warranty and spare parts | Confirm coverage, warranty start point, consumables, replacement-part procedure, and any freight or labour charges in the quotation. Do not assume every item or on-site visit is free. |
Send the full model and identification plate, a clear description of the fault, relevant photos and a short video if available. For seam or embroidery quality, include the material, thread, needle, file/design and settings. State your location so remote or Pakistan office support can be discussed.
Selection information reviewed . Confirm the supplied configuration in your written quotation.
Send the model and a clear description to Trentzhou.
