Three-dimensional pocket designs reviewed against your sample
Send your material and intended seam for configuration review. Catalogue examples illustrate the application; confirm the required result with a sample.
The catalogue lists simultaneous pocket-flap sewing as a customized option. Send the pocket and flap drawings or samples so we can review the tooling.
What determines the production rate?
Pocket dimensions, stitch count, fabric handling and tooling affect output. The 90–120 pieces/hour figure is a catalogue reference, not a guaranteed rate for every pocket.
What should I prepare for a 3D pocket sewing machine enquiry?
Provide the pocket outline, finished dimensions, three-dimensional shape, fabric layers and garment panel. The mould, holding arrangement and sewing path must be reviewed together. Include each pocket style that will share the proposed machine.
