A better machine enquiry starts with your sewing operation.
Five details that help us review a machine and configuration for your work.

A useful equipment enquiry explains the work the machine needs to do. These five details give our team a clearer starting point for reviewing models and preparing a quotation.
1. Show the operation and the finished seam.
Send a clear photo of the seam or component you want to make. Explain where it appears on the finished product and whether you are replacing an existing machine or adding a new operation.

2. Describe the material.
Tell us the fabric or material type, the number of layers and the approximate thickness at the seam. If the same operation uses several materials, share those variations too. A physical sample can be discussed when the configuration needs closer review.
3. Include the working dimensions.
For pattern or template sewing, share the required sewing area and the shape of the component. For other operations, include any clearance or access requirements that may affect the machine choice.
4. List your configuration requirements.
Tell us the voltage used at your workshop and the functions or attachments you need. Optional equipment should be specified in the quotation; it should not be assumed to be included with every model.
5. Add quantity and destination.
Orders start from one machine. Include the quantity and delivery destination so we can discuss order planning. Standard machines in stock usually require 3–5 working days after receipt of the deposit; usual standard orders about 15 working days, and customized special machines about 30 working days. Transport time is additional.
Start with the sewing operation.
For garment seams, compare industrial lockstitch machines. For programmed paths, review pattern and template machines. For bulky assemblies, compare compound-feed and long-arm options. Edge finishing and knit hems have their own overlock and coverstitch ranges.
Price and quotation checklist
What affects the cost of an industrial sewing machine?
The industrial sewing machine price should describe a complete supplied configuration. Two quotations with the same broad machine category may include different controls, attachments and delivery arrangements.
Model and operation
Confirm the complete model suffix, stitch and feeding arrangement, needle configuration and automatic functions. A basic garment machine, a dedicated pattern unit and a configured automation workstation address different tasks.
Included equipment
Confirm the motor, table or stand, fixtures, binders, folders, frames and other accessories. For embroidery, compare the supplied needle-count configuration and cap, garment or flat frames. Ask for the included items to be stated in writing.
Destination and delivery
State the quantity, electrical supply and delivery destination. Confirm packing, freight, delivery terms and any locally payable charges with the quotation. The machine price alone is not necessarily the delivered cost.
Support and preparation
Review installation information, sample requirements, spare parts and remote technical support. SAFE orders start from one machine and include a one-year machine warranty; the final configuration and timing are confirmed with the order.
Can you quote without a published price list?
Yes. Send the complete requirements to Trentzhou for a model-specific quotation. This website is an enquiry catalogue, so we do not publish a single price that would imply every configuration and destination costs the same.
What should I compare between industrial sewing machine suppliers?
Compare equivalent model configurations, included equipment, delivery terms, warranty scope and support arrangements. Ask each supplier to clarify missing items before comparing totals.
