Getting the right help for your SAFE sewing machine.

What to share when requesting spare parts or remote technical support.

Clear information helps our team understand an equipment issue or identify the part you need. Keep the machine details together with a short description of the request.

Start with the machine identity.

Provide the full model number and a photo of the nameplate or serial number. If the machine has optional functions or attachments, include those details. Similar-looking parts may belong to different configurations.

Make a spare-parts request specific.

Send the part number or a marked diagram where available. Otherwise, include clear photographs showing both the part and its position on the machine. Tell us the quantity required and the delivery destination.

Show what happens.

For a technical-support request, describe the issue, when it started and what material or operation was involved. A short video and close photographs can help explain a symptom more clearly than a general description.

Agree the next step with the support team.

SAFE provides a one-year machine warranty, spare parts supply and remote technical support. Our team will review the information and discuss the next step. The requested part and machine configuration should be confirmed before shipment.

Enquiries and essential website operation

Email and WhatsApp buttons open the service you choose. Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss products, quotations or support. These external services have their own privacy practices. Website hosting and security systems may process request and technical logs needed to deliver and protect the site.

Optional Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, broad traffic sources, device information, clicks on email or WhatsApp links, and PDF catalogue-download clicks. A click is an indication of interest; it is not proof that a message was sent or an enquiry was received.

Our event setup excludes enquiry text, email addresses and telephone numbers from link parameters. Page query strings and fragments are removed from page locations; referring URLs are reduced to their site origin. We do not enable Google signals or advertising personalisation in this tag.
